20 LANGUAGE SONG IN ‘CIGARETTE’ BAIG TO RELEASE – SCOOP

The Karnataka Information Minister Roshan Baig is releasing the audio CD of ‘Cigarette’ Kannada cinema of director Lucky Shanker. The film made in Shiv Shanker Film Factory has already gained importance for its contents.The highpoint of one of the songs is of six minutes song on ill effects of ‘Cigarette’. It is rendered by 15 singers and 20 languages are used for this song so that it becomes a sort of national importance song.

The twenty different languages Sanskrit, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, English, Urdu, Marathi, Punjabi, Oriya, Bengali, Assamme, Gujarati, Rajastani, Konkani, Kodava, Tulu, Lambani – a few words are picked to suit the song.

This attempt is what expected to give Guinness Record for Lucky Shanker who won hearts from socially relevant films like ’90 and Devaraane’.

Lucky Shanker is also making a humble appeal for information minister Roshan Baig to pass it on to the office of President of India and Prime Minister of India.
